With over 15 years of experience as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and process engineer, I bring a methodical, results-driven approach to my coaching.

Four years ago, I embarked on my own fitness journey, discovering a profound love for health and wellness. This led me to earn certifications from ISSA, Precision Nutrition (PN1), and STRONG training. At 40+, I'm in the best shape of my life—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
